Brass apple, 99 cents, Salvation Army. White frame, free at curbside. Mod lamp, $12, Ebay. Starburst mirror, $1, garage sale. My favorite woven blankets, perfect for camping and lounging in the grass, $4 garage sale & $7 Salvation Army. Framed art, made by the eldest kiddo. Blue mystery rock, found in Tennessee.
I found a new thrift store via Craigslist. I'm tempted to head over there after I drop the little off at kindie. I don't really need anything, but maybe I'm considering new end tables. Then again, it's warming up outside, people will be cleaning out their garages soon, and I might just find something really cool at the curb on trash day. Oh the dilemmas of a real cheapo like myself. :)

Aren't thrift stores amazing? That brass apple is just so lovely- and when you throw in the fact that it was under a dollar?! Awesome.
The apple is pretty cute isn't it....my 3 year old is actually the one who spied it! Such a good eye :)
Okay I think I just caught the thrifting bug from you and instead of going to my studio today... thrifting instead. thanks for passing that along. ( :

DAMN those are some great finds!
You totally had me with the first two photos.
Excuse me while I go search for brass apples on ye olde dorknett.
The nice thing about being a real cheapo is that there is very little guilt for the minimal money you spend. I guess the guilt for me comes from filling up a house that is already too full!
